HMC was founded - and operates daily - with the goal of providing our dry cleaners clients with ways to simplify their dry cleaning operations through automation. We are committed to providing innovative automated dry cleaning systems that are appealing and user friendly, while providing our clients with the technology, service, and support that will ensure dependable operation. We tailor our solutions to fit each client and budget in order to minimize cost and maximize profit.

Based in North Little Rock, Arkansas, HMC Solutions was founded and is operated by a group of individuals with extensive backgrounds in automation. Today, we're focused on automation solutions specifically for the garment-care industry.

Our management consists of the following individuals:

Dale Brown, Sales Manager
Mr. Brown is directly responsible for HMC's worldwide revenue generation efforts, day-to-day U.S. company sales operations, and marketing. Ha has over 20 years experience in sales and management - primarily in the enterprise IT software industry. In the past, he sold and supported project management software to government and commercial accounts, enterprise IT software to the entertainment industry in southern California, and also worked for the first application-service provider (ASP).
Tony Cassady, Principal and CEO
One of the founders of HMC Solutions, Mr. Cassady is also the owner and president of Cassady Associates, Inc. which owns majority interest in both Cassady & Company, Inc., a distributor of industrial automation products, and HMC Solutions. A degreed engineer, he has over twenty years experience in the automation field as well as in business management. He is a past president of the Association for High Technology Distribution, a member of the Arkansas Academy of Industrial Engineering, and has served on numerous boards and advisory committees for manufacturers within the automation field.

Tim Epperson, Principal
Mr. Epperson is also majority owner and president of Arkansas Industrial Computing, Inc., a provider of industrial automation and control services. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and has been in business management for over fourteen years. He was the lead developer of the original versions of HMC's proprietary software that provides the automation backbone for its products. He is a member of the Arkansas Academy of Electrical Engineering.

Jim Faver, Principal and Operations Manager
Mr. Faver joined HMC Solutions in 2004. He holds a degree in business management, and has 29 years of experience in software design and systems integration from the financial services industry. Most recently he was Director of Development for the largest banking software development company in the U.S. As Operations Manager for HMC, his responsibilities include oversight for day-to-day operations and manufacturing, providing technical support, and assisting with installation of HMC's products.
Kevin Rowell, Service & Development Manager
With 28 years of experience in software design and business management - the last decade in the garment-care industry - Mr. Rowell heads HMC's Service and Development activities. Previously, he was the Vice President of Operations for Maineline Computer Systems - a software vendor for the dry cleaning industry. His beginning in software development is truly a story of innovation. Working as a store manager in the service industry in 1992, he took it upon himself to add features to a newly installed point-of-sale software program. Surprised to find these new features and functionality on its system, the software company soon hired Mr. Rowell to write software as a freelancer. He has been installing, providing technical support for, and developing software ever since.
